SS-10 Striking Sticks

The SS-10 Striking Sticks give coaches a fast, responsive alternative to conventional focus mitts for developing combination speed, accuracy, timing and defensive awareness. Their slim 20-inch profile lets the trainer move targets quickly, vary angles and keep drills flowing without interrupting the boxer’s rhythm.

Made from genuine leather, each stick combines a durable outer shell with high-quality padding around an ultra-durable yet lightweight core. The construction absorbs and disperses impact to reduce strain through the trainer’s hands and wrists while retaining the controlled feedback needed for precise coaching.

The narrow 1.9-inch diameter creates a focused target that encourages clean, accurate punching. Because the sticks can be repositioned rapidly, coaches can build longer combinations, change levels and introduce reaction cues that develop sharper hand-eye coordination and more efficient movement.

The SS-10 also allows the trainer to tap back safely between attacks, prompting slips, rolls, blocks and a quick return to guard. Offence and defence can therefore be linked in one continuous drill, helping boxers respond naturally rather than treating defensive work as a separate exercise.
