Returns and Exchanges

At Phenom Boxing we take pride in our products and the service we provide. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

For International returns you must ensure that the customs declaration indicates that it is a return or exchange.  We will refund any returned items excluding postage (except where product is defective or not as described). International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes or failure to collect will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount along with any delivery/return charges.

To return/exchange your product, you should create a return request from your account area or send us an email at sales@phenomboxing.com and post your product to:

Please ensure you include the customer returns form, or at least a reference to your order number so we can identify your return.

For exchanges of unused items, please include on your returns form or note the item that you wish to exchange for as well as the size and colour where applicable. Exchanges will be sent with a reduced re-delivery charge of £3.99 for the UK Mainland.  For International orders we will send you an order update with the re-delivery charges or where this isn't possible refund any returned items excluding postage (except where product is defective or not as described) and you can place a new order.
