How to order

From your first idea to production, the custom-order process follows five simple steps:

2Receive your order linkWe review your requirements and email you a private link to order.
3Place your orderUse the link to confirm and pay for your custom order.
4Approve the artworkWe prepare the design for you to review and approve.
5Production beginsWe start making your equipment after artwork approval.

Start your custom order

Before ordering

  • Please review our size chart to ensure you have identified the correct size.
  • Have your preferred colours and any logos or branding ready. If you require an exact leather colour, please provide the Pantone Solid Coated reference (the code ending in “C”). To match a previous custom order, provide the previous order number or the Pantone code from the original design file.
  • Any images or logos supplied must not be copyright protected unless you have the copyright owner's permission to use them. PDF vector files are preferred because they can be scaled cleanly for printing.

Lead time

Standard lead time for custom orders is usually 5–6 weeks, excluding shipping. Lead times are estimates and may be extended by production, customs, courier or international shipping disruptions.

Customs duties and import taxes

Our products are manufactured outside the UK, so international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. Where available, these charges are calculated and displayed at checkout and the shipping option will state “taxes and duties included”. For a small number of destinations this information is not available in advance; in those cases, any applicable charges must be paid directly to the courier when the parcel arrives in the destination country.

Cancellations and returns

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once the design has been approved, unless the product is defective. If an order is cancelled after a design has been supplied but before approval, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
