How to Measure
To measure for a boxing groin guard, follow these steps:
Use a flexible measuring tape. If you don’t have one, you can use a piece of string or lace and then measure it with a ruler. Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight, and keep the tape level.
For waist based sizing: wrap the tape around your natural waistline, just above your hips.
For hips based sizing: measure horizontally around the fullest part of your hips (where the groin guard’s waistband will sit).
