FSHG-270 Head Guard

The FSHG-270 is the next evolution of our face-saver head guard, developed for boxers who want maximum vision and agility without sacrificing speed, awareness, or protection.

Building on the proven platform of the FSHG-250, the FSHG-270 has been fully re-engineered around a super lightweight alloy frame to reduce weight and improve visibility, making it our most agile face-saver design to date.

The FSHG-270 features a redesigned internal structure and optimised padding layout to significantly reduce overall weight. The ergonomic shape is designed to sit close to the head without pressure points. This results in a more balanced feel on the head, less neck fatigue during longer sessions, and a headguard that moves naturally with you rather than against you. 

Visibility has been a key focus in the development of the FSHG-270. The face-saver bar and cheek padding geometry have been refined to open up the field of vision, improving peripheral awareness and depth perception while maintaining robust facial protection. The result is a face-saver headguard that feels far less restrictive than traditional designs.

The FSHG-270’s re-profiled nose bar sits at an optimised distance from the face, creating an effective protective barrier around the nose while reducing visual obstruction and maintaining natural breathing space.

Despite the reduced weight and improved sightlines, the FSHG-270 retains the high-level impact protection expected from a Phenom face-saver. Multi-layer padding is strategically positioned to absorb and disperse impact across the forehead, cheeks, and chin area, making it suitable for intense sparring.

The dedication to craftsmanship is evident in every detail. From the precision-embroidered branding to the reinforced stitching in stress-prone areas, the FSHG-270 is built to endure. Premium leather piping adds not only structural integrity but also a refined finish that ages beautifully, developing character over time while maintaining its durability.

Fully adjustable top and back lace closures, coupled with a quick-release chin buckle ensure a snug and custom fit that prevents unnecessary shifting during sparring sessions. 

Finished in premium leather with a semi-aniline moisture-wicking inner lining, the FSHG-270 is built for durability, comfort, and consistent performance session after session.
