How to Measure
To measure your waist for a boxing groin guard, follow these steps:
1. Use a flexible measuring tape. If you don’t have one, you can use a piece of string or lace and then measure it with a ruler.
2. Wrap the tape around your natural waistline, just above your hips (where the groin guard’s waistband will sit). Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight.
