How to Measure

Hand Circumference

Measure the knuckles around the widest part of your dominant hand, without any hand wraps worn.  The sizing below allows for the thickness of standard Mexican hand wraps but not for padded gel or fast wraps.

Hand Length

Measure from fingertip to base of wrist.
