How to Measure

To measure your head for a boxing head guard, follow these steps:  

1. Use a flexible measuring tape. If you don’t have one, you can use a piece of string or lace and then measure it with a ruler.
2. Wrap the tape around the widest part of your head, just above your eyebrows and ears. Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight.

While head circumference determines the correct size of the headguard, the distance between your cheekbones affects how the cheek padding sits on your face.

Because these head guards have extended cheek protection, customers with narrower face shapes may find the cheek pads sit closer to the centre line, which can result in contact with the nose or reduced comfort in this area, even when the head circumference size is correct.
